          Vaibhavi is a Conservation specialist passionate about sustainably preserving cultural identity through the built heritage. Her background in architecture, conservation and aesthetics inform her mindful value based approach.

          Unearthing the stories of these cultural resources and sharing them with the community, and enabling them to preserve them is what she loves most about her work. To contribute positively to the cause she is always updating her subject knowledge through continued coursework and professional development.

          Her result oriented approach and persistence in overcoming hurdles has contributed to her recent accomplishments at National Monuments Authority, India where she works on Heritage Bye-laws & Categorisation of Centrally Protected Monuments.

          In over five years of work experience she has been part of award winning conservation projects, research and seminars.

Ongoing review research on management of Cultural Landscapes of India: Responsibilities include Collating data (interviews, books, online sources) and writing the first draft for upcoming book.

Book on Intach Heritage Listing Project, towards additional listing of Hyderabad: Responsibilities include Collecting & Systemizing data (previously listed), supervising random sampling, mapping of 400 buildings, Structuring information into a book, writing brief overview of heritage in the city, Client meetings.

Book on Musi River & Hyderabad: Structuring information into a book, mentored the assisting planner for research writing.

Conservation reports (6): Conducting secondary research on structures, documentation & analysis of structures, composing reports, preparing presentations, conducting client meetings with govt, officials.

Infrastructure Management Plan of Medaram: Lead a team of 4 Architects towards Site documentation, Management Plan proposal & Drawings, and Conducted client  meetings with government officials.
